2A WIN: FEDERAL COURT PUTS A STAKE THROUGH HEART OF NY VAMPIRE RULE

The so-called Vampire Rule bans CCW holders from entering into businesses and stores otherwise open to the public. NY State is appealing from an adverse ruling in which a federal district court judge ruled the no-carry default law (Vampire Rule) to be unconstitutional.
