My Statement on Leaving MAGA Coalition

My leaving MAGA Coalition was for philosophical reasons. I no longer felt my participation was valued nor was it wanted. I was being filibustered and talked over. I no longer felt relevant.

I took the hint and left.

I wished my old group well publicly. Yet, people still demanded answers as to why I left.

So, I told them I left because I could not philosophically support the direction the Coalition was headed and that I felt like a traitor to my beliefs by staying.

I was mocked publicly.

I was denied a voice on my own show and then mocked publicly when I decided to go my own way.

Such is life.

I have a singular request to my old group, please unfollow or block me on all social media. It will save us both the trouble later when mutual recriminations will sadly be a factor.

If you still want to be friends just send me an emoji in a DM or a funny text on my phone. I will appreciate it and I will know to maintain our social media connections.

If not, do not be surprised if I take the initiative and cut the cord within a few days.

Thank You,

Dr. Erickson COVID-19 Briefing

On April 24th, two Bakersfield doctors, Dan Erickson and Artin Massihi, help a press conference questioning the California’s stay-at-home order.

Erickson and Massihi said their facilities have tested over 5,200 patients for the coronavirus throughout the county, making up for over half of all testing in Kern. According to their data, the death rate of the coronavirus is similar in prevalence to the flu.

“Now that we have the facts,” said Dr. Erickson. “It’s time to get back to work.”

The Passing of James D. Surdo Jr.

It is with much sadness I can report that Jimmy Surdo has passed away.

Jimmy was a fixture at Westside Range, as well as in the gun community in New York City’s five boroughs.

Jimmy was the force behind the Chelsea Gun Club as well as a resource and advocate for lawful gun ownership in the City.

During the course of his life he wore many hats. From Law Enforcement to civilian gun advocate to family man. But the one hat I shall always remember was the one of “friend”.

My condolences to the family that he leaves behind.
